So, first of all, I think I need to take off my vegan crown and get down to muscle town. I've gained so much weight recently from eating food. Like, I didn't lift any barbells over the winter because I laid in bed all winter eating fair trade chocolate with organic cacao nibs.
I recently talked to this really buff guy at my tanning salon and he recommends doing a blood cleanse. All you do is drink blood and mix in a couple tablespoons of butter to jumpstart your metabolism for breakfast. Anyway, I'm ready to have a hot bod for the beach.
